This was part of a PTA-sponsored Art and Literacy Night for the community. Several free art activities were available to the public. There were also children’s literature books to read together as a family, and paper for creating poems or stories. The event was well attended.
Special thanks to Amy Bartlett, original Reflections chairperson. Thanks also to Andrea Nielson, Richard and Josi Russell, Megan Sivert, and Michelle Jones for their help with these two events.
BES PTA encourages children to develop their abilities in art and literature, and we support teachers in their efforts in these areas as well.
