Allie Eberling earns top honors at history fair

Allie Eberling received top honors at the Monticello High School History Fair on February 24. Eberling won the Judy Barton Award for her work on the search for fugitives in San Juan County in 1998. Scores of students and hundreds of community members attended the fair, which was judged by 20 community volunteers and experts. The district history fair will take place on March 17. Courtesy photo
