Donald Emery Curley Jr. died February 12, 2013, after many years of enjoying the Utah deserts and canyons for Jeeping, hiking and camping, in addition to fishing in the mountains and star gazing in the night skies.
He and his wife Janet spent their working years in California, but kept returning to Utah for their outdoor vacations.
Finally, in 1999, they moved to La Sal to be closer to the area they had grown to love.

Don and Janet were married on August 25, 1979, and both were employed in the pharmaceutical industry.
After they moved to La Sal, Don continued in the business as a consultant until he retired.
Don leaves his wife Janet and brother, Michael, of Brownsville, TX.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in California.
