The victor’s drum is passed between Monument Valley High School principal Spencer Singer (left) and Whitehorse High School Principal Brian Dixon after the Whitehorse victory on the football field. The drum will trade places depending upon the most recent varsity athletic game. The pottery also goes to Whitehorse after the Raiders had a higher cumulative average score on the most recent academic benchmark test. The pottery has MVHS graphics on one side and WHS graphics on the other. The pot is up for grabs depending on the results of each benchmark test. The principals hope this will help challenge the students and promote friendly competition. Courtesy photo
