December 15, 1970 ~ May 26, 2013

Today we say goodbye to our beloved son, brother, uncle and friend Jimmy Ren Pearson.

Known as Ren to his family and friends, he was born December 15, 1970 in Grants, NM to Jeannette Houston and Jimmy Joe Pearson.

As a small child, he moved with his mother and his siblings to Salt Lake City, UT. He also resided in Monticello, UT with his father during his life as well and he loved it there very much.

Ren loved to spend time outdoors riding horses, hiking, fishing and camping with his family and friends. Ren was loved so very much by all that knew him. He had a heart as big as the sky and would give anything he had to those he loved.

Ren was the true definition of Unconditional Love and was the glue that held his family together. He was a follower of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and always found comfort in the word of our Lord as he loved his Heavenly Father and Jesus very much.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Ren is survived by his mother Jeannette Poulsen Houston (Orson) Poulson, siblings Kirk (Danette) Pearson of Moab, UT, Micki Pearson O’Neal of Las Vegas, NV, Toby Shawn Pearson Salt Lake City, Brandn (Sammee) Pearson of Sandy, UT, Luke Houston of Murray, UT, Terrell (Cindy) Pearson of Salt Lake City, Adri (Ken) Freeman of Roy, UT, and many many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He is also survived by his nieces and nephews who adored him and will feel his absence always, Trevor and Tyler Pearson, Chade and Isaac O’Neal, Tori and Colton Pearson, Devri, Aiden, Kruize and Kade Freeman and Kyah Pearson.

Ren is preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Joe Pearson.
