Millie Boyle and Joe Fellmeth earned top honors at the 1A state drama competition on April 22 in Richfield, UT. Their pantomime, Awkward Junior High Dance, was named the top pantomime in the state. Nearly 20 Monticello High School students participated in the state competition, with a large number earning top scores.

In addition to her pantomime honors, Boyle was named most outstanding actress for her performance in the Monticello High School one act play, Our Miss Brooks.

Ellie Thayn, Ashley Adair and Aspen English earned top marks for a dramatic performance. Molly Anderson, Michaela Wolford and Millie Boyle made it to the medal round for a performance from the musical Hamilton.
