This week, the Business Spotlight is on PJ’s of Monticello which is owned and operated by Maryann and Wellie Leiataua.

PJ’s serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner six days per week. Breakfast includes generous portions and homemade condiments such as fruit syrups and jams.

Lunch and dinner fare is a menu of burgers, sandwiches, and salads. PJ’s of Monticello will make sack lunches for work meetings or family outings (with a few days notice) and has a semi-private room available by reservation for birthday parties or lunch meetings.

Maryann and Wellie are proud of their restaurant and its casual feel. Orders are made at the counter, and customers are encouraged to stay a while to play pool, watch television, or simply enjoy relaxed, easy conversation. Or call ahead to order for take out.

PJ’s of Monticello is open all year ‘round. Summer hours are 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Winter hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Contact the crew at PJ’s at 435-587-2335 or stop by to visit in person at 216 E Center Street in Monticello. They would love to see you soon!
