Navy Nieves, the daughter of Mandy and Ronnie Nieves of Blanding, is the 2011 New Years Baby at the San Juan Hospital in Monticello. Navy was born at 9:32 p.m. on Thursday, January 4. She weighs five pounds, eight ounces and is 19.5 inches long. She was delivered by Dr. Curtis Black. Navy joins siblings Jerzy and Jagger at home.
