Funeral services for Jeffery (“Jeff”) Mark Black are Thursday, February 12 at 11 a.m. at the LDS Chapel on 2300 East Bengal Blvd (approx 7600 S.) in Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121.



A viewing will take place from 9:30-10:30 a.m. prior to the services. A viewing will be held Wednesday evening from 6-8 at Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East, Salt Lake City, UT 84109.



Jeff passed away February 7, 2009 after a valiant, short month’s bout with leukemia.



He was born on May 21, 1951 in Monticello to Ardell Palmer Black and Edwin Zemira Black. His youth was spent in Monticello and Blanding. He graduated from San Juan High School in Blanding.
