Running for: Monticello City Council, 4 year term

Citizens of Monticello,

My name is Bradley (Brad) Randall and I am seeking re-election to a four year term on Monticello City Council. I have enjoyed the past four years on council and look forward to serving another term. I am a lifetime resident of Monticello. My wife Kristen and I have chosen to stay and raise our, soon to be five, children here. We own Monticello Home & Auto Supply (Motor Parts) and have been well supported by the citizens for Monticello. Thank You.

I feel that I am a well qualified individual so serve on the City Council. I listen well to both sides of the situations. The decisions that I make are made objectively with the citizens’ best interest in mind. I am dedicated to insure that we as citizens of Monticello get the best for our money. We should not settle for mediocrity in anything.

Now that I have an understanding of city government, I want to continue working for the betterment of Monticello. Right now we have an opportunity to start anew with fresh ideas on how to streamline our city government. Now is the time to make Monticello more efficient and more cost effective. Right now we have nothing to lose…. Water is a priority, fees for services are a priority, roads are a priority, and economic development is a priority. Not many of us, myself included, have seen economic times like we are in right now. Let us, you and I, make a difference and do something new in Monticello. I have been on the council for the past four years and understand how the wheels of city government roll and what can be done to direct those wheels. Thanks you for allowing me to serve the past four years as a councilman and I would appreciate your vote on Nov. 3.

Thank You

Councilman Bradley Randall
