Jesse N. Shaw

Jesse N. Shaw, our dear father, passed away June 11, 2014 after a long battle with cancer.
He is preceded in death by his mother, father and seven siblings.
He is survived by his wife, Anna Shaw, and his three sons Dale, David and Don. He is also survived by four grandchildren: Megan, Amanda, Dawntae and McKenzie.
Jesse was born in Savanna, GA and came to Blanding with the military in 1968.
He married Anna Shaw in 1969 and took his family to live in Germany, where he was stationed with the military. They decided to make Blanding their permanent home in 1973.
Jesse will be missed by all his family and friends. Jesse gave the ultimate gift; he donated his body to science to pursue the cure for cancer.
Once Jessie returns from his journey, the family will lay his ashes in the Blanding Cemetery. The services will be a family celebration of his life.
