The City of Monticello is without a city manager after an emergency meeting of the Monticello City Council on February 2.
Don and Becky Larson (above) received the Robert and Renae Laws Award for service to scouting at the January 30 district scout leader banquet.
It has been quite the January. We’ve not had a stereotypical January in many a year. Don’t mind the snow – it’s the cold and wind that’s been kind of miserable.
