A newly remodeled Port of Entry opened in the past week in Monticello. A painting on the wall in the new Port shows a scene from the Monticello Port in 1965.
The new Maverik Convenience Store opened in Monticello on November 10 with a grand opening. An estimated 2,500 people showed up during the opening.
