This month the Edge of the Cedars State Park Museum’s “New to the Edge” exhibit features a remarkable pair of “jog toe” sandals and a beautiful Wingate Black-on-red bowl.
The San Juan High School basketball team entered the past week with a 3-0 record set to take on what will most likely be the toughest opponent they’ll face all season.
The Monticello boys basketball team went 1-2 in the past week, getting their first win of the season in Colorado before heading to the 1A Preview in Richfield, UT over the weekend.
The Whitehorse High School boys basketball team went 1-2 on the week, getting a win over Navajo Pine before heading to the 1A Preview in Richfield.
The San Juan High School wrestling team won a hard-fought championship trophy at the Dove Creek Dawg Fight Tournament on December 11.
The Monticello Buckaroo wrestlers traveled to Nephi to compete in the 24-team Juab Tournament over this past weekend, December 10-11. The Bucks wrestled eight duals in the two-day event.
