Running for: Blanding City Council, 4 year term

Listening to You:
As a City Council, I believe it is imperative that elected representatives listen to the views expressed by community members. I will listen to all sides of the issues and make decisions based on what is best for the community.

Working for you:
When I believe in a worthy cause I will work tirelessly to bring forth a positive result. I will work hard to ensure that Blanding has the necessary water resources to sustain our changing community. I will work hard to maintain recreation as an important part of our community.

Honest:
I am honest. I will not attempt to convince the citizens of Blanding that I can make everything perfect, but I will work to make things better. I am sensitive when I need to be and tough when I need to be, but I will always be honest and work to meet the needs of our great community.

Open communication with Local Businesses:
I am an advocate of good communication between city government and local business leaders. I propose that the city meet with local business leaders regularly so that business owners can see how city decisions will impact them and be able to voice their opinions.

I will work hard to create incentives for business growth to provide long-term jobs to meet our community’s employment needs.

My Pledge:
