We have a farm near Paola, KS near the Missouri state line. My husband found a bunch of balloons caught in the trees there encouraging people to vote for Shelby Seely for San Juan County Assessor. I typed in Shelby's name and found him on your website. They must have been pretty good balloons to have made it this far!
