Dramatic firsts for San Juan Broncos

The San Juan High School drama team had another wonderfully successful season at the region drama competition and state drama festival.

In addition to winning the region drama trophy and earning the title of Best One-Act Play at state, team members brought home many superior ratings at state and individual awards at region.

Kelly Davis was Best Actress at State Drama, first place scene and exhibition at region, and straight superior ratings at state.

McKenzie Adams was Best Supporting Actress at region, first place scene at region, and strait superiors at state.

Winning first place at region and straight superiors at state are Mary Cameron, Wheeler Heck, and Zach Adams.

Winning second at region and straight superiors at state are Greg Moses, Kimber Mitchell, Jessica Bradford, Curtis Black, Elijah Palmer, Morgan Grover, Jesse Grover and Jimmy Tate. Winning third at region and straight superiors at state are Austin Sieter, Dallas Hall and David Webb.

Winning straight superiors at state are Daniel Noirot and Nathan Webb.

Julie Benedict is the coach of the San Juan High drama team.
