Edge of the Cedars can be a great stop during your time in Blanding

If you find interest in any sort of historical artifacts or locations, and you just so happen to be passing through Blanding, Utah, I would highly recommend the Edge of the Cedars State Park Museum Museum.
Located on the northern end of town, Edge of the Cedars gives a fascinating perspective on Native American culture and heritage.
The museum has many relics and artifacts from ancient America on display, many of which are separated by what era they were created in.
It makes it seem like your looking back through history, and seeing what the lifestyles of these ancient Americans may have been like.
There are also many exhibits dedicated to teaching the untrained eye about the significance of not only the items in the museum, but San Juan County as a whole.
And if museums aren’t your thing, there are also trails and ruins outside of the building within the state park.
I believe there may even be a kiva you can descend down into.
All in all, Edge of the Cedars is a historically fascinating location that can most certainly teach you many things you may have not known about ancient America.
