Elk Meadows development

Fire hydrants and base gravel as far as the eye can see. The massive 700-acre 67-lot Phase II at the Elk Meadows development six miles north of Monticello is taking form.

A $2 million sewer plant is planned, and a deep well to the water-bearing Navajo sandstone is in the works. Five acre parcels are selling and view lots on the cliffs overlooking Dry Valley sport premium prices.

Lane Fuller Construction of La Sal has built all the roads and installed all the utilities. Last year, the 400-acre 52-lot Phase I sold out in less than a year.
