Blanding City Council
My name is Kathrina Perkins, but most people know me as Kd.  
I do not have a private political agenda. I am running for City Council because I believe that every citizen has a responsibility to volunteer.
I know that democracy works when educated, elected citizens work together as a team to accomplish what needs to be done.
I have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. I have served the community as President of the Blanding Elementary School Community Council where, as a team, we charted the Safe Route to School for every student.
I served as the President of the Chamber of Commerce and lead successful membership drives.
I have been proud to call Blanding home for nearly 40 years. I know I can bring a new perspective to Blanding City Council that will allow for progress and growth while still retaining those qualities that make Blanding unique.
