Macee Nielson signs a letter of intent to run cross country and track and field for the University of Utah.
Nielson signed the official papers on February 2. She joins the Utes as they make a move from the Mountain West Conference to the Pac12 conference, which features many of the top track and field programs in the nation.
Macee is a senior at Monticello High School, where she has racked up a host of state championships in cross country and track and field.
