Happy 90th Birthday to Oaine (Black) Foy!

A lifelong resident of Blanding, Oaine is best known for her many years teaching at San Juan High School, and for the beautiful quilts she has lovingly created over the decades.
On July 6, she will celebrate this special milestone with her children and grandchildren at a family party in her honor.
