James Carl Osborn 90th Birthday Celebration

Happy 90th birthday to James Carl Osborn.
Carl has met his goal which he set with his doctors to reach his 90th birthday.  He is now bargaining with them for an additional five years.
In 1958, Carl moved to Blanding to begin his teaching career at Blanding Elementary School.  
He told Gerry they would stay for two years and then move back to Cedar City.  
Those two years turned in to a career in the San Juan School District as teacher, principal and district administrator.
 After retirement winter months were spent in Arizona but Blanding is home with so many friends and adopted family members.
On August 9, Carl will celebrate his birthday from 4 to 7 p.m. at a reception with his family and friends at his home at 376 West 100 North.
