Monticello City Council Candidate: Mack Smith

Hi, my name is M. Mack Smith. I have been a life-long resident of Monticello, UT. I would like to see Monticello continue to be a good place to raise a family with a viable business community. I know that we need to have improved water systems to meet existing and future conditions.
