All State Cross Country Runner - Sincere Nez

Sincere Nez
San Juan Junior
2A State Fifth Place (19:45.00)
Head Coach Holly Walker: “Some athletes earn attention through results alone. Others earn it through character. Sincere Nez earned it through both. A standout leader and competitor, Sincere placed fifth at State Cross Country, capping off a season defined by speed and grit, and by leadership rooted in humility and heart. Sincere is the quiet strength at the head of the San Juan Bronco girls cross country team this year.
“As team captain, Sincere became a motivational anchor of her team. She leads by example. She holds herself to an unwaveringly high standard. Sincere is strong and a warrior – not just because of her athletic ability, but because of the way she shows resilience in the face of adversity, never backing down from a challenge. Sincere runs with heart, courage, and belief, and those qualities have elevated the runners around her.
“Behind Sincere’s competitiveness is an inspirational spirit. She is the teammate who makes practices feel lighter just by being herself. She is fun to be around, humble, kind, and genuine. She brings joy to the grind and unity to the team.”
