Cora S. Nielson February 21, 1944 ~ April 2, 2023

Cora S. Nielson of Blanding, Utah died on April 2, 2023 to go to her final resting place with the heavenly Father and mother Mary.
Cora was born on February 21, 1944 in Monticello, Utah to David and Eva Torres. Preceded in death by her parents, Cora is survived by her six children Eunice (Steve) Hopman, Lori (Harold) Smith, Modessa (Wade) Hancock, Jerome (Lynette) Hansmann, Matt (Leslie) Torres, and Anna (Joe) Williamson. In addition Cora has 18 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Cora is survived by her 9 brothers and sisters. 
Funeral services were held on Good Friday April 7, 2023 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Monticello. She was laid to rest that afternoon in the Blanding City Cemetery.
Cora will be missed by her family and friends. She was a caring and gracious person. The grandkids will always remember that they received a card for their birthday every year without fail from Grandma. 
Heaven has just received another angel.
