Dianna Carol Musselman September 10, 1963 ~ April 3, 2022

Dianna Carol Musselman, age 58, passed away April 3, 2022, after a long battle with lung disease.
Dianna was born September 10, 1963, in Monument Valley, UT to Andrew Robert Musselman and Thelma Kay (Katie) Musselman (Collard).
Dianna has three daughters and five grandchildren, all of whom she adored.
She called many places home during her life, starting in Bluff and including Salt Lake City; Montrose, CO; Odessa, TX; then Monticello.
In her teens she ventured across the country, landing in the Florida Keys before moving back to Utah in the early 1980s, when she married and had children.
She was divorced in 1996 in Salt Lake City and eventually moved back to Monticello to raise her children. They moved to Alaska in 2001 to live near her older brother Danny.
She was deeply grateful and humbled by the love, understanding, and help of her family. As her daughters grew up, Crystal moved to Arizona and Brandi moved to Illinois.
Dianna moved both places to stay close to her growing family traveling back in the summer to be with her daughter Carly and family in Alaska.
Dianna could shoot a fly out of the air and drive backwards up the winding roads without blinking an eye.
She caught massive halibut off the coast of Alaska, bathed in Hawaiian sunsets and left stories untold in Las Vegas.
She prided herself in her southern cooking passed down from her grandmothers, mother, and aunts. She had an amazing green thumb, successfully growing massive gardens of food and flowers in Utah and an indoor jungle in Alaska.
She had an effortless ability to find the humor in life and was fearless in nature. She valued her family and her freedom more than anything else.
She had the gift of storytelling, lived fully and without a filter, with a cackle that will be deeply missed.
Dianna is preceded in death by her parents Andy and Katie Musselman (Collard), grandparents Rusty and Lilly Musselman, and Jewel Truman Roach.
She is survived by her children Crystal Phibbs (Andrew), Carly Woodward, and Brandi Smith; grandchildren Malikai, Nicolai, Bishop, Violet, and Shade; her brothers Daniel Musselman (Jessica), Robert Musselman (Jan), and Calvin Musselman (Dawnell); and stepfather James Dean Collard.
