Helen Pearl Valdez died June 17, 2021. She was born January 4, 1933 to Edward and Maud Brackett Knuckles. She married John Valdez June 28, 1989, her soulmate.
She is survived by her children Michael (Janey) Hankins, Steven (Glenda) Hankins, Eddie Hankins, Bruce Hankins, Rick Howell, Chuck Howell, Ray (Terri) Valdez, Valerie (Kent) Holmes, Joel (Kevin) Kelson, Annice (Rick) Cheney, Dawn (Dave) Sorenson, and Joni (Jeremy) Rasmussen; brothers Robert and Richard Knuckles; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren to count.
Helen is preceded in death by her husband John, her parents, and many others she loved dearly.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, June 23 at 10:30 a.m. at the Peel’s Cemetery in Egnar, CO.
