Jeff R. Fowles August 18, 1963 ~ December 29, 2023

It is with great sadness that we announce Jeffry R. Fowles, of Blanding, UT, after a long illness, made his journey back to his Heavenly Father on December 29, 2023.
He was then welcomed by his parents and his two sisters.
Jeffry was born on August 18, 1963, in Salt Lake City, UT to Gerald and Helen Fowles, as their firstborn.
Jeff married the love of his life, Pamela Sue Chambers, on June 14, 2008 in the Salt Lake City Temple.
Jeff was devoted to his wife, his faith, and his family, and invested much energy into them, always there when needed, always displaying a strong positivity and support, and doing so with that ever-twinkle in his eye or the strong but soft words needed to get though a tough time.
Jeff was also devoted to making a difference in this world. This includes LDS mission, his love for teaching history to his students on the reservation, and his interest in his nephews’ lives.
A 1987 graduate of University of Utah, having also studied for a year at a University in Tel Aviv, Jeff achieved two bachelor’s degrees, Political Science and English, in addition to his teaching certificate.
Jeff never met anyone that didn’t become his friend, including the local deer! He had a way of bringing out the best in people, perhaps because that is what he chose to see.
He was always his loved ones’ biggest champion. He was the heart and strength of his family, and is already so very deeply missed.
Jeff is survived by his wife Pammy, brother Brett Fowles, nephews Logan Woodruff, Connor Woodruff, and Daughtry Fowles, sister Alice Clark, mother-in-law Judy Chambers, father-in-law Ken and his wife Connie Chambers, and brothers-in-law James Chambers, Tom Chambers, Rob (Marian) Chambers and Debbie (Rob) Miner.
Jeff is preceded in death by his parents Gerald and Helen, and sisters Amy Carma Fowles and Jana Fowles Woodruff.
Jeff remains forever cherished in our hearts.
