Louie Sanchez

Louie Sanchez was born on May 16, 1950 in Monticello, Utah to Emilio and Marie Sanchez.

Louie returned to his Father in Heaven surrounded by his loving family on January 8, 2008. He was a very kind and gentle husband. He was a very proud and loving father to his four children. His pride and joy were his grandchildren.

Growing up in Monticello, he was always a prankster, and he never lost his sense of humor. After graduating from high school, he was drafted in to the Vietnam War, where he proudly served our country. His honorable service was a significant part of his life.

After graduating from college, he married Marina and started his family. He loved nature, gardening, taking his kids fishing, cooking, reading the scriptures, and most importantly spending time with his family.

Survived by his wife Marina; his four children Emilio Adan (Martha), Eddy (Jeana), Cynthia (Matt), Kristy (Eli) and Leslie; his six grandchildren, Dominic, Breez, Alexis, Brain, Kylee and George; his brother Freddy (Renee), sister Yolanda, many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, in-laws and friends.

Preceded in death by his father Emilio, mother Marie, grandma Luz, grandfather Juan, brothers Mike and Ramon, uncle Max, and cousins Davey and Richelle.

He was interred in the Salt Lake Cemetery.
