Margaret Robson Bronson passed away on December 7, 2007 at the San Juan County Hospital, at the age of 82.

Margaret was born July 20, 1925, to Gordon Alexander and Ila Allred Robson, joining a family of three boys and one sister. The family moved to Monticello in 1933, where she lived the rest of her life.

She attended school in the old school house, located where the Veterans Memorial Park is now. Margaret was in the graduating high school class of 1943, which included eight girls and eight boys.

Margaret received a scholarship to the University of Utah and enrolled at the U in the fall of 1943.

Margaret went to work at the San Juan County Hospital in 1959 and retired in 1987. She enjoyed her years working at the hospital and became and made friends with many people throughout the county. She was very efficient and dependable, doing many jobs efficiently.

After retiring, Margaret worked for several years at the Family History Center, putting family information in the computer. Margaret was a member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers.

Her best enjoyment was being with family. She taught her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren the importance of family and spending time together. Margaret was a genuine, grateful, caring person who will be greatly missed.
