Ora H. Bayles

November 2, 1931 ~ August 30, 2008

Ora H. Bayles died Saturday August 30,2008 in Blanding, Utah.

Ora was born November 2, 1931 in Cortez, CO to John Oluf Helquist and Beatrice Bailey.

She married Donald Clark Bayles June 15, 1950. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple.

Ora made friends wherever she went. She made everyone feel special. People loved to be around her. She was a wonderful cook and loved to feed everyone.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years; children Randee (Lillian) Bayles, Clark (Jody) Bayles, Dara Whatcott all of Blanding, UT and daughter Alisa (Wendell) Rose of Morgan, UT; 16 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and her dog Pansy.

She is also survived by her sisters, Bernice Hurst, Beloy Hawkins, Norma Madden, Carma Barb, Lily Rowley and by brother John Helquist. And by many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents and brother Maurice Helquist.

Funeral services were held September 4, 2008 at the Blanding LDS South Chapel.

Interment in the Blanding City Cemetery.
