Richard Demar Thobe

January 15, 1938 ~ August 6, 2019

Our loving father, grandfather, husband and friend to many passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends on August 6, 2019.

Richard Demar Thobe was born on January 15, 1938 in Blanding, UT. 

He had two children and six step children, 19 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

He loved doing puzzles, hunting and going to the local diner in Dove Creek every morning for breakfast. His daily routine included watching the History Channel and NCIS. He had a fascination for coins.

He is survived by his daughters, Lori Hickman of Florida, Sandy Evans of Blanding, Lynn Casasanta of Florida, and sons Duane Thobe of Salt Lake, Joe Thobe of Kentucky and grandson, Levi/Trevyn Thobe, Justin Hickman of Monticello, granddaughter, Linda Thobe of Price.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife Rosa Lee Thobe and granddaughter Tiffany Montano.

He will be greatly missed and always remembered by those who loved him so dearly.

Funeral services were held at the San Juan Mortuary in Blanding, UT Tuesday, August 13.
