Virginia Fullmer Powell

Virginia Fullmer Powell died peacefully on June 14, 2016, in Richmond, TX, surrounded by family after a valiant battle with cancer.
She was born February 2, 1942 in Murray, UT to Frank and Eloise Ord Fullmer.
Virginia was the sixth of ten children. She grew up in Monticello, UT.
While enrolled at Carbon College, she met her future husband, Boyd Lee Powell. They married on August 14, 1961 in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. They had four children.
She was a long-time resident of El Paso, TX. Vivacious and fun-loving, she was a wonderful mother and friend.
She is survived by her husband, her children: Jaime Powell of Dallas, TX, Joey Powell of Houston, TX, Heather Powell of Seattle, WA, and Jonathan Powell of Houston, TX, as well as 14 grandchildren.
Surviving siblings include Sharlene Cardon, David Fullmer, Donna Blauer, Alta Budge, Afton Ellis, Lauren Butters, and Que Fullmer.
She is preceeded in death by her parents, brother Clark Fullmer and sister Carol Black.
