Redd Ace Hardware expanding store

Crews are hard at work on a significant expansion project at Redds Ace Hardware on Main Street in Blanding. The project will increase the square footage of the store by 70 percent, from 12,500 to 21,000 square feet.
The expansion project will create an even larger presence for the oldest retail business in Blanding. Work is being completed by Tri-Hurst Construction and should be completed within several months.
It has been a busy winter for the crew at Redds Ace Hardware. They are in the final stages of transitioning from affiliation from True Value to Ace Hardware, a change that they state will increase their product line, marketing, and decrease prices.
