12 local businesses recognized for joining Rural Energy program

Twelve San Juan County businesses were recognized on October 23 for participation in the Rural Energy for America program.
The businesses implementing clean energy projects include the Coral Sands RV Park, Mokee Motel, Desert Rose Inn, Bluff Dwellings, Dark Canyon Land Company, Lyle Northern Electric, Super Splash, Monson’s Quality Meat Processing , Stone Lizard Resort, Mountain Feller Tree Service, and Monticello Merc
