Logan Monson - Republican Candidate for Utah House District 69

Logan Monson: The Strongest Voice for Utah House District 69
I’m Logan Monson, a lifelong Blanding resident, committed conservative, and public servant running to represent District 69. As a family man, mayor, and active community member, I have the experience needed to deliver results on issues that matter most to our district.
Protecting Our Public Lands
Land isn’t just our heritage; it’s essential to our way of life and economy. Yet, left sided federal policies have pushed for more restrictions, taking control away from local communities. These regulations add red tape, limit access, and hurt our economy.
I’ve championed reducing government overreach and putting decisions back in local hands. We know how to manage our lands and don’t need bureaucrats telling us what’s best from afar. I will continue to fight for policies that promote access, protect water rights, and ensure local voices are leading decisions. I trust the people of District 69 to care for our lands and will defend our rights against unnecessary restrictions.
Strengthening Education
Our children’s future depends on a strong education. As a parent and former school council member, I understand the challenges rural schools face. I played a key role in bringing a school resource officer to our schools, prioritizing safety and proactive solutions.
Having a representative with hands-on experience in schools is essential for advocating for rural Utah. I’ve built relationships with parents and educators and will walk into the job ready to advocate for our unique educational needs. I will push to give teachers the resources they need while cutting bureaucracy, and I firmly believe that parents must also be held accountable for their role in supporting their children’s education. We must empower parents to engage in their child’s learning while letting local schools address their challenges, rather than imposing one-size-fits-all policies from Salt Lake City.
Our children deserve an advocate who is deeply invested in their success and will work to ensure that parents, teachers, and administrators all have a voice in shaping the future of education in District 69.
Commitment to Public Safety
Keeping our communities safe is a fundamental responsibility. I have worked to strengthen public safety measures locally and have a track record of action. We need policies that provide our first responders with the resources they need to protect us.
I am focused on concrete actions to make our communities safer. Our families need a representative who will work tirelessly to ensure safety, rather than someone who doesn’t prioritize this fundamental issue.
The Advantage of a Conservative Majority
Electing me to the Utah House means putting a representative in place who will start in the majority, working alongside a large group of like-minded colleagues who share our conservative values. This is a critical advantage that will allow me to be effective from day one. In contrast, my opponent would be entering as part of a minority, with little influence over the legislative process and limited ability to get things done. We need someone who can immediately make an impact, not someone who will be on the sidelines.
The Clear Choice for District 69
This election is about the direction we want for District 69. Do we want more restrictions, red tape, and loss of local control? Or do we want a representative who will fight for our freedoms, protect our land, and advocate for common-sense solutions?
Vote Logan Monson – a strong, effective voice for District 69. Together, we can protect our land, strengthen our schools, and keep our communities safe.
