MHS '94 state champions to be honored

Members of the Monticello basketball 1994 state championship team will be honored at halftime of the Monticello-Grand basketball game on January 16.
Members of the team will hold a social at 6 pm in the cafeteria for anyone in the community who wants to say hello, with a presentation at halftime of the game.
It’s expected that 11 former players and two coaches will be at the event, 30 years after the Buckaroos' first boys basketball state championship.
