Kord Young 1A State Track Monticello Sophomore Runnerup 4x100 Meter Relay, Runnerup 4x400 Meter Relay

Head Coach Jeff Hunt: “Any high jumper Kord competes against over the next few years better take note because he will be coming for them. He was also willing to lend his talents to both the 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams, helping them to second-place finishes.
“When all is said and done, Kord finished on the podium three times and ran in another final. That is outstanding for a sophomore in his first season on the track. He is also a great teammate who will help whatever team he is on go far, whether on the court, track, or field.”
