Raider boys go 2-2 in Price

The Whitehorse Raiders boys basketball team closed out 2025 going 2-2 at a tournament in Price.
The Raiders opened tournament play on Friday December 19 dropping a close game to Vanguard Academy 63-60.
In the game the Raiders were led by Hyatt Thomas who scored 18 points including four made threes. Aiden Hamm scored 14 in the game, while Adam Joe had 12 in the loss. Dillon Leo scored four for Whitehorse while Tristan Black, Brayden John, and Lysyle Phillips had three points. Tyrell Black scored two and Caiden Lansing had one in the game.
The Raiders were right back to work later in the day earning a dominating 74-44 win over Mount Vernon.
Whitehorse was again led by Thomas who finished with 19 points including five threes. Joe and Lansing each had 10 points. Phillips and Elam Etsitty both scored eight points, while Hamm and Tyrell Black scored six. John had three while Tristan Black and Nateo Sam each had two points in the game.
On Saturday December 20 the Raiders lost to Rockwell 75-57.
Thomas and Joe each had 14 points while Etsitty scored 12 and Hamm had six. Tristan Black scored five, Tyrell Black had three, Lansing two and Sam one in the game.
The Raiders bounced back that day with a narrow win over Merit Prep 47-45.
Whitehorse got the win behind the big man Adam Joe who scored 24 points. Tristan Black had eight points while Thomas and Hamm each scored five. Dillon Leo had three points while Sam scored two.
The Raiders are next in action with a rivalry game on January 7 in the Battle of the Drum in Monument Valley.
