San Juan girls soccer team storms into win column with back-to-back victories

After suffering three straight losses to open the season the San Juan High School girls soccer team has won two in a row, outscoring their opponents 10-2 in those two contests.
The Lady Broncos shellacked 2A South Region foe Parowan 7-1 on Saturday, August 16 in Blanding, then topped North Summit 3-1 on a long road trip to Coalville this past Wednesday, August 20.
San Juan scored early and often against Parowan, but against North Summit the game was locked in a 1-1 tie at the halftime break.
The Lady Broncos dug deep to pull away with two goals in the second half. Brooklyn Lameman, Kloe Jones, and Ari Adams all scored in the victory in Coalville.
When this week began San Juan was set to rematch two of their most recent opponents. They traveled to Parowan to take on the Lady Rams on Tuesday, August 26 after the San Juan Record print deadline.
They’ll finish off the week at home against Beaver. Next Tuesday, September 2 the Lady Broncos will play Gunnison Valley on the road, then return home to host South Sevier on Thursday, September 4.
