Seth Taylor 1A State Track Monticello Senior Runner up 4x400 Meter Relay

Head Coach Jeff Hunt: “In the end Seth did it. He did what so many others couldn’t – close out his senior season with three podium finishes at state. Seth is the ultimate example of what hard work and persistence can get you. Every year, he just kept getting better and better as a runner. His form kept improving and he kept getting bigger and stronger.
“When Seth was a freshman, his red flattop barely looked over the top of the hurdles. Now he was running them with ease. When it was his leg on the 4x400, he did exactly what was needed and stayed shoulder to shoulder with Panguitch, keeping Monticello within striking distance.”
