A number of local residents are continuing to voice outrage over a fine levied against two men from Blanding.
Funeral services for Clessa Black will be held Saturday, February 12, 2011 at noon at the Blanding LDS Stake Center. Viewings at the San Juan Mortuary Friday from 6 to 8 p.m.
