On October 13, 2016, Mernice Bates Wolfe passed away at the Community Nursing Home of Anaconda, MT.
Norma Blankenagel of Salt Lake City, who lived in La Sal, UT from 1952 until 1999, passed away quietly at home on October 20.
The Monument Valley High School varsity volleyball team finished second in the Region 19 standings and now moves on to the 1A State Volleyball Tournament at Utah Valley University.
